Job summary

Revolut Ltd. is seeking a Business Risk Manager in New York to join the first line of defense, developing risk-based strategies and implementing controls to support sustainable growth.

You will identify and document risks, design controls, create risk indicators, and manage risk events. The role is hybrid with 2–3 days in the New York office, and compensation ranges for New York are $108,000-$127,000 gross annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operational risk management experience in financial services.
• Experience with risk identification and monitoring.
• Ability to interpret and organize complex data.
• Proven track record of achievement and awards (academic, professional, sport).
• Organized, methodological approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with COSO, ISO 31000 and risk taxonomy.
• Experience with process mapping, RCSA, control testing, and issue remediation.
• Willing to work from the New York office 2–3 days per week.
