Job summary

Primient is seeking a Senior Risk Analyst to promote proactive risk awareness across the organization. The role requires experience in risk assessment, insurance analysis, and developing mitigation strategies within an enterprise risk framework.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage insurance programs, and report risk to senior leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in risk management, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with ISO 31000/COSO ERM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, risk management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of risk management experience.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM) and insurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise risk policies and procedures.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments across operations, finance, cybersecurity, compliance, and strategy.
• Develop risk models and scenarios to evaluate potential impact to objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks with actionable controls.
• Provide risk training and promote a culture of proactive risk awareness.
