• Ability to research, analyze information, and communicate practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diligence and onboarding activities related to independence conflicts of interest in firm mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitor timely completion of independence compliance requirements.
• Review and implement safeguards for independence-related requirements.
• Monitor independence consultation requests and assist with monitoring.
• Support independence and compliance requests from regulatory agencies.
• Assist with monitoring compliance with public company independence requirements.
• Participate in special projects and AI tool development to streamline compliance.
• Contribute to ongoing projects while pursuing new opportunities and growth.
