Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in risk management or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Working knowledge of risk management principles, processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Ability to research, analyze information, document conclusions and communicate recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools; familiarity with PowerBI, Intapp, Smartsheet is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project execution/implementation and project management for Independence Compliance Requirements.
• Diligence and onboarding activities related to independence conflicts of interest in mergers and acquisitions.
• Monitor timely completion of independence compliance requirements and safeguards.
• Support independence and compliance requests from regulatory agencies.
• Participate in special projects and development of AI tools to streamline compliance requirements.
