Moderna Digital Core Governance, Risk and Compliance is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to support identification, assessment, and reporting of technology and cybersecurity risks. The role involves collaboration with technology, quality, privacy, and legal teams to validate risks and remediation plans.

You will maintain risk data in GRC systems, prepare executive summaries, and support risk-based decision making in a regulated life sciences environment, including AI and automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, technology risk management, or GRC.
• Experience supporting risk assessments, control evaluations, issue management, and governance activities.
• Ability to escalate risks and remediation delays to drive timely decisions.
• Experience in a GxP-regulated environment is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication of cybersecurity risk concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of digital and emerging risks across Moderna.
• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate exposure, control effectiveness, and remediation needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate risks and remediation plans.
• Maintain risk data in GRC systems for governance, audits, and reporting.
• Prepare risk dashboards and executive summaries for governance forums.
• Support AI, automation, and agentic workflows to enhance risk processes.
