Job summary

Truist seeks a senior subject matter expert to lead enterprise-wide risk and finance data transformation initiatives. You will drive data requirements, governance, and quality across multiple systems, supporting Basel III Endgame and Axiom regulatory reporting projects.

You will partner with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Regulatory Reporting teams to deliver data sourcing, mapping, validation and reporting capabilities while guiding data modernization across loans, deposits, derivatives, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems with 10+ years of related experience.
• In-depth knowledge in Finance and regulatory disciplines.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions.
• Experience leading projects of significant complexity and risk exposure.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive resource allocation decisions.
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for the team and prioritize deliverables.
• Manage team deliverables with focus on operational execution.
• Review data integrity and accuracy; sign off on results.
• Maintain strong control and risk management disciplines.
• Lead large or complex projects or initiatives when needed.
• Direct management for a team of professionals (5+).
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, and Regulatory Reporting stakeholders to fulfill data needs.
