Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior leader to oversee teams delivering risk reporting, data analytics, and business intelligence for operational risk. The role leads analytics and ensures governance, regulatory readiness, and scalable automation in collaboration with Technology and Data Operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in operational risk analytics, report automation, and people leadership within financial services, with strong communication across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of business and risk management processes.
• Proven ability to lead analytics teams and communicate complex data clearly.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple analytics teams to deliver risk reports and insights.
• Develop and maintain KRIs, loss and event analytics, and risk reporting.
• Partner with Technology to automate reporting and data processes.
• Recruit, develop and manage analytics staff and capabilities.
• Ensure governance, audit-ready analytics and compliance.
