Job summary

Truist seeks a detail-oriented professional to support data integration and reporting across ERP and finance/risk data platforms. You will gather requirements, map data with LOB teams, and translate business needs into technical specs for technology teams.

The ideal candidate has finance/lending data knowledge, ETL/BI tool experience, and strong SQL and data warehouse concepts to ensure accurate, consistent reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead moderately complex projects and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute complex reports, analyses, data tasks per departmental controls.
• Investigate and research variations in reports and data; explain results to management.
• Develop and administer controls to ensure process integrity; evaluate/improve processes.
• Assist with development of departmental documentation for complex/technical activities.
• Serve as a consultative resource on risk reporting; engage stakeholders to define requirements.
• Lead moderate projects with heightened risks and resources; contribute to larger initiatives.
• Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise.
