Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Sr. Risk & Control Analyst to oversee partner audits and monitor remediation within a Banking-as-a-Service ecosystem.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, audit experience, and capability to communicate complex risks clearly in a remote setting. You will collaborate with fintech partners, internal audit teams, and external firms to ensure audit scopes address material risks and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5 years in bank internal audit or IT risk.
• Strong fintech and Banking-as-a-Service knowledge with technical background.
• Familiarity with FFIEC and U.S. banking regulations is desirable.
• Ability to review audit programs and remediation plans and assess adequacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with management and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support development and improvement of risk and controls processes.
• Create and maintain partner audit risk assessments.
• Facilitate partner audits with external and internal teams.
• Coordinate audit schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Review audit reports to confirm scopes addressed and tested.
• Analyze trends to identify control improvements across partners.
