Job summary

Acuity is seeking a Senior Risk Control Consultant to conduct risk assessments and surveys for the Commercial Underwriting Department. You will identify loss exposures and recommend strategies to reduce claims, while partnering with policyholders to develop safety and training programs in the greater Denver area.

Responsibilities include delivering risk control services, conducting industrial hygiene surveys, and leading safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Science or related field.
• CSP/ALCM/CFPS or similar designations preferred.
• Ten years risk control experience in multi-line insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and surveys for underwriting.
• Prepare objective reports and risk evaluations.
• Develop and implement customized safety programs with policyholders.
• Conduct safety trainings and participate in employee safety meetings.
• Travel within the Denver area and additional territories as needed.
• Maintain relationships with agents and policyholders.
