Job summary

Acuity Insurance is seeking a Senior Risk Control Consultant to conduct risk assessments and surveys for the Commercial Underwriting Department, preparing detailed survey reports and providing expert risk control guidance to policyholders and agents.

The role involves identifying loss exposures, recommending strategies to reduce claims, and traveling within the Green Bay and Fox Valley/Appleton areas to deliver safety programs and drive risk improvements.

Qualifications

• Ten years risk control experience in a multi-line insurer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Science or related field.
• CSP, ALCM, CFPS or similar designation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within and beyond assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and surveys for policyholders and agents.
• Prepare objective survey reports and risk improvement recommendations.
• Provide expert risk control guidance and training.
• Travel to client sites, participate in safety meetings, and coordinate with underwriting.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
