Job summary

Gemini is seeking a Sr. Associate, Risk Analytics to advance the risk program using automated monitoring and agentic AI. You will work with Engineering, Data, Compliance, and Operations to build a realtime risk brain across the enterprise.

You will design analytical models, deploy AI-driven risk controls, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. This role supports a hybrid work model from New York with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Engineering).
• 3–5 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a related technical domain.
• Technical proficiency: Strong SQL and relational database skills; intermediate-to-advanced Python.
• AI/Agentic Frameworks: Experience with building or deploying AI agents (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• Continuous Monitoring: Experience designing automated systems for data quality, observability, or control monitoring.
• Data Communication: Ability to translate complex data and AI output into clear, actionable reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an automated continuous monitoring framework spanning enterprise risk domains.
• Develop and deploy AI agents to monitor control activities and perform proactive anomaly detection.
• Interpret large datasets to generate insights across business units and build predictive tools.
• Maintain risk dashboards and KRIs for senior management with clear analytical storytelling.
• Collaborate with Risk Engineering, Identity, and Product teams to instrument risk telemetry.
