Job summary

Worley in Houston is seeking a Risk Management professional to lead the development, maintenance and monitoring of risk processes across multiple project scopes. You will educate managers in risk analysis, deliver RM training, and ensure timely, accurate RM reporting.

You will regularly engage with project teams, contribute to RM tool/process improvements, and mentor junior RM staff while supporting a low-carbon energy transition.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc in Risk Management; alternative subjects considered can include Project Management, Engineering, or other analytical disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Educate, encourage and support managers in the use of decision risk analysis techniques on projects where applicable.
• Present and provide training on RM topics to internal and external audiences.
• Ensure timely issue of accurate, updated RM reports and documents at agreed intervals.
• Regularly engage with project teams, attending and contributing to project meetings as deemed appropriate.
• Provide input to development and continual improvement of RM tools and processes as part of the global network.
• Monitor application of RM activities across projects and guide junior RM team members.
