Job summary

Repsol Renewables North America is seeking a seasoned Project Risk Control Manager to lead the Project Risk Management Framework across a multi-project renewable portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Legal and EPC contractors to identify risks early, drive mitigations, and ensure predictable outcomes from development through commissioning.

The role is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of three days in the office and two days from home.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in project risk management or related fields.
• Mastery in probabilistic schedule and cost risk analysis using industry tools.
• Deep understanding of EPC and multi‑contract execution risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of the Project Risk Management Framework.
• Identify and assess risks across development, engineering, construction, permitting and grid.
• Embed risk controls into engineering deliverables and procurement strategies.
• Conduct risk‑based site visits and coordinate with HSE on safety risks.
• Perform Monte Carlo cost/schedule risk analyses and stress‑test critical paths.
