Job summary

Worley is seeking a Risk Management professional in Houston to lead risk processes across project lifecycles. You will implement risk management practices, advise project teams, and ensure quality RM documentation across multiple scopes and contracts.

The role emphasizes training, governance, and timely reporting to stakeholders. The position involves delivering RM training, coordinating with a Global RM network, mentoring junior RM staff, and supporting senior leaders in risk-informed decision

Qualifications

• BA or BSc degree in Risk Management or related analytical discipline.
• Experience in risk analysis and RM processes on projects.

Responsibilities

• Educate, encourage and support managers and business in the use of decision risk analysis techniques on projects where applicable.
• Present and provide training on RM topics to internal/external audiences.
• Ensure the timely issue of accurate, updated reports and associated documents at the agreed intervals.
• Regularly engage with project teams, attending and contributing to project meetings as deemed appropriate.
• Provide input to development and continual improvement in project RM tools and processes as part of Global network.
• Monitor application / Maintain a high-level awareness and application of Risk Management activities across projects executed by any direct report Risk Management personnel to ensure departmental compliance.

To be responsible for ensuring consistent application of the development, maintenance and monitoring of all Risk Management
activities and associated documents on multiple project scopes / portfolios / contracts. Ensure application of Risk Management process to assigned projects throughout their full lifecycles, including pre-contract phase. Provide guidance, support, and leadership of junior Risk personnel throughout their training and professional development.

Major accountabilities of Position
