Job summary

PG&E is seeking a Senior Risk Compliance professional to support an effective safety risk management program within the Underground Program. You will develop and implement a risk management framework, analyze risks, and coordinate with asset owners to track enterprise risks and mitigation effectiveness.

You will prepare analyses and reports for line-of-business and enterprise leadership, acting as a liaison with enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Seven (7) years of experience in risk management, utility operations, and/or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements risk mitigation activities and controls with Operations.
• Prepares management presentations; supports risk management best practices across PG&E.
• Owns risk register and coordinates updates with Asset Family Owners and Risk Champions.
• May participate in enterprise risk management forums and coach junior analysts.
• Leads root cause analysis and builds business cases for risk actions.
