PG&E is seeking a Business Analyst to support data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for business decisions. You will help develop reports, analyze performance metrics, and participate in process improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills, the ability to create ad-hoc reports, and excellent communication for presenting findings to leadership. This role offers hybrid work from Dublin, Rocklin, or Sacramento and growth within Energy Delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of analytical methods and what-if modeling.
• Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI, or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Performs data analysis on moderately complex data models using various reports and data options.
• Determines data needs, collects data, and selects analytical techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
• Partners with operations leadership to understand business needs and develop new reports; presents findings to audiences.
• Performs basic research internally and externally.
• Communicates with peers inside and outside the department to exchange information.
• Participates on project teams.
