Qualifications

• 4-year BS/BA degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience in project scheduling, cost control or related areas.
• Project Management Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist project leads with management and successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyze project cost status and schedules; develop and maintain schedules and cost forecasts.
• Prepare status reports, documentation and communications for project teams and stakeholders.
• Support procurement and contracting activities including drafting documents and interfacing with contractors.
