Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Appropriate state insurance licenses for Life, Health and Long-Term Care as required.
• Eight+ years of insurance planning or wealth planning experience.
• Experience advising high-net-worth clients and collaborating with advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured risk assessments for wealth strategies and identify gaps.
• Develop insurance strategies aligned with estate planning and wealth transfer.
• Explain complex insurance concepts to clients and external advisors.
• Work with Wealth Advisors and other specialists from discovery to implementation.
• Lead complex cases including data gathering, illustration review, and policy delivery.
• Review existing policies for alignment with objectives and ownership structures.
• Develop regional relationships and support advisor education and templates.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and escalate complex matters.
