Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years of insurance planning or wealth planning experience.
• Appropriate state insurance licenses for Life, Health and Long-Term Care, as required under licensing guidelines.
• Demonstrated experience advising high-net-worth clients and collaborating with relationship managers or external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured risk assessments for new and existing wealth strategies and identify gaps.
• Develop insurance strategies that support estate planning and wealth transfer objectives.
• Explain complex insurance concepts and implementation considerations to clients and external advisors.
• Collaborate with Wealth Advisors, Strategists, fiduciary professionals to move from discovery to implementation.
• Lead complex cases including data gathering, analysis, underwriting coordination and policy delivery.
• Review existing life, disability, long-term care and annuities for alignment with objectives.
