Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in project, process, program, or risk management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to analyze trends, determine root cause, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services and risk profile.
• Identify and assess impact of regulatory environment on objectives and risk appetite.
• Analyze data to identify risks and trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Provide guidance to business partners on implementing risk policies and programs.
• Drive collaboration between risk, compliance, legal and other business support functions.
• Escalate risks and concerns to executive management and the Board when appropriate.
