Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Risk Advisor to provide audit and advisory services across CuraCor Group's assets, focusing on risks, controls, and governance. You will partner with management to design, implement, and monitor internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience or 7+ years without a degree, familiarity with COSO, SOX/MAR, and enterprise risk. You will lead walkthroughs, testing, and remediation, and prepare high-quality audit reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsabilités

• Assist audit manager with engagements related to key initiatives.
• Use COSO to design, implement, and monitor entity-level controls.
• Analyze processes to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Document processes, risks, controls, and testing procedures.
• Provide training and guidance for risk identification and mitigation.
• Perform ad-hoc audits and report findings.
• Lead control deficiency assessments and remediation actions.
