Qualifications

• Four (4) years of verifiable professional experience in acquisition, appraisal, disposal, or management of real property.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; substitution allowed.year-for-year with education
• California driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of federal/state right-of-way requirements, including URA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of acquisition and relocation services for ESP and related extensions.
• Interpret and apply Uniform Act regulations in practice.
• Negotiate and manage lease and rental accounts; research property issues; protect District interests.
• Coordinate policies for handling district assets; monitor legislative changes; update policies.
