HDR is seeking a Right of Way Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on state and local roadway projects in Tennessee. The role focuses on managing acquisition, relocation, and project controls, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while maintaining compliance with the Uniform Act.

The position requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination with design teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7+ years related experience in project management.
• Ability to interact with design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects.
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team workload.
• Manage right-of-way projects including acquisition and relocation per the Uniform Act.
• Develop project policies, quality and safety plans, and maintain progress reports.
• Oversee project staff and provide training as needed.
• Build client relationships and participate in marketing efforts; attend meetings.
• Ensure timely completion of documents and coordinate workload.
• Track financial aspects and adjust team efforts to meet schedule and budget.
