Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Lead Right of Way Agent to join the Midland, TX team. You will lead a small group of 4-6 agents, manage negotiations, and oversee field operations for electric transmission and distribution rights.

You will train staff, serve as primary contact for landowners, and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely acquisitions while ensuring compliance and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/technical/associate degree or equivalent ROW experience.
• Minimum of two years professional experience; eight years preferred in ROW.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and read/interpret land records and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-6 agents in ROW negotiations and acquisitions.
• Serve as field lead and primary contact for outreach team.
• Train and mentor new hires; provide guidance to managers.
• Negotiate property rights for electric transmission/distribution facilities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, developers, and agencies.
