Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Right of Way Supervisor to lead the Right of Way team in Manassas or Richmond, VA. You will coordinate with Right of Way Agents/COS, other leaders, clients, engineers, and other disciplines to keep projects on schedule and on budget, while mentoring staff and managing workload.

You will oversee daily assignments, track progress, ensure adherence to processes, and guide solution development while maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Right of Way experience.
• 5+ years in land/Right of Way/easement work.
• 2+ years of Right of Way supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of acquisition, title, permitting, due diligence, public relations and outreach.
• MS Office skills; familiarity with database systems.
• Ability to obtain a real estate license within 90 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Right of Way team and manage individual projects.
• Assist field agents with on-site assessments of properties.
• Manage daily assignments and allocation of resources.
• Track results and report progress regularly.
• Ensure project processes and procedures are followed; provide guidance for solutions.
• Complete timesheet review and employee evaluations.
