Qualifications

• 3+ years Natural Gas Right of Way experience.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Florida Real Estate License.
• Must be willing to work remotely in Fort Myers, FL.

Responsibilities

• Contact owners to acquire land rights and settle claims.
• Represent client in negotiations with property owners and attorneys.
• Prepare lawsuit packages for condemnation proceedings.
