Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Right of Way experience.
• On-site work in Fort Wayne, IN required.
• Survey permission experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact landowners to acquire real property rights and settlements.
• Negotiate property purchases and analyze appraisals.
• Represent client in complex negotiations with owners and attorneys.
• Prepare condemnation packages and assist attorney as expert witness.
• Work unsupervised in specialized areas and meet timelines.
