Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in the Right of Way industry.
• Strong knowledge of laws, rules, and right of way policies.
• Experience with land/title research and permits.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights and leases for ROW.
• Identify land ownership interests and required permits.
• Oversee transfers of titles, deeds, and zoning concerns.
• Prepare reports on complex easements and permit acquisitions.
• Conduct due diligence on land rights and remedial action needs.
• Liaise with landowners on easements and access issues.
• Review third-party development plans for ROW conflicts.
• Maintain status with project manager to ensure completion.
