Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of proven operations management experience in construction, manufacturing, or rigging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities of the rigging operation from job site to dispatch.
• Develop and implement schedules for rigging crews in line with customer direction.
• Direct teams to meet volume, cost, quality, safety and schedule goals.
• Hire, coach and manage rigging personnel and ensure safety practices.
• Collaborate with sales on job walks, bids, and estimates; interact with customers and management.
