Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation seeks an experienced rig hand supervisor to lead a crew on site across Appalachian Basin operations. You will ensure safe drilling, coordinate activities, and report daily on-site performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in plugging operations or rig hands, valid CDL, willingness to travel, and strong safety discipline; Supervisory duties include training, scheduling, and liaising with the Plugging Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Class A/B CDL preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in plugging operations and/or gas and oil industry preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience as a rig hand preferred.
• Experience with downhole fishing, milling, drilling, etc.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a minimum of two direct reports (rig hands).
• Participate in hiring for new rig hands.
• Train and mentor new/inexperienced rig hands.
• Ensure the team is on site on time and following procedures.
• Review and submit time worked for rig hands daily.
• Operate service rig and related equipment safely.
• Conduct frequent JSAs with Next LVL and third-party staff; monitor safe conditions.
• Organize and supervise support services on location.
• Prepare daily operations reports and communicate updates to management.
