Luma Financial Technologies seeks a Relationship Manager to serve as the day-to-day partner for our Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) client franchise across the United States. This role focuses on ensuring client success, expanding platform adoption, and supporting growth initiatives with sales, product, and engineering teams.

Successful candidates bring structured products expertise and established relationships across the US RIA community.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in relationship management or sales within structured products or alternatives.
• Strong knowledge of structured products, payoff structures, pricing, and RFQ-to-maturity workflow.
• Established US RIA network including independent and hybrid RIAs, multi-family offices, OCIOs, and TAMPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of live RIA clients.
• Drive client success and expand platform usage across firms.
• Build relationships with CIOs, committees, researchers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify and onboard new RIAs.
• Partner with Implementation, Product, and Engineering to go live and configure compliance.
• Represent Luma at industry events and client meetings nationwide.
