Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Relationship Manager - RIA/Bank Trust to lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel across the Northeast. You will identify firm needs, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and drive outcomes for investor clients.

You will manage Capital Client Group relationships, deliver presentations, and collaborate with Senior Sales Force to seize opportunities and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in third-party distribution and sales.
• Deep knowledge of portfolio construction.
• Ability to leverage Excel/PowerPoint/Tableau for analysis.
• Excellent communicator with sales experience in the RIA space.
• Ability to synthesize information and present succinctly.
• Designations: Series 7/63/66/AIF/AIFA/PPC/CIMA/CFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel, identifying needs and coordinating efforts.
• Manage Capital Client Group presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations; collaborate with Senior Sales Force.
• Set goals and measure performance against targets.
