Job summary

Three Strands is seeking a Senior RIA Billing Specialist to own end-to-end advisory fee billing for Alongside and 49 Financial. You will drive accuracy and consistency across fee schedules, billing cycles, reconciliations, and reporting, while partnering with Accounting to support monthly close and revenue recognition.

This role requires a strong client-service orientation and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience administering advisory fee billing within an independent RIA.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end RIA billing (fee schedules, cycles, reconciliations, advisor compensation).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end advisory fee billing process for Alongside and 49 Financial.
• Calculate and prepare advisor compensation statements.
• Partner with Accounting to support monthly close and revenue recognition.
• Prepare billing reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Develop scalable billing procedures and strengthen controls.
