You will collaborate with product development and internal/external partners to optimize the billing system and associated workflows. You will mentor junior analysts and act as a billing SME, guiding projects from planning through delivery while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing or finance.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and support revenue operations.
• Maintain and improve billing systems and automation tools.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close related to revenue and billing.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
• Serve as subject matter expert for billing and drive process improvements.
• Develop project plans for custom billing needs and monitor progress.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and implement solutions.
• Test new tools and provide feedback to product development teams.
