Job summary

eMed LLC. is seeking an experienced RFP Strategy & Solution Architect to lead complex RFPs, RFIs, and procurement responses for our enterprise customers in the Miami area. You will drive end-to-end strategies, align cross-functional teams, and ensure our responses clearly communicate eMed's clinical and economic advantages.

The role emphasizes strategic writing, financial analysis, and strong project management to deliver polished, high-impact proposals and protect eMed’s market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, and procurement processes.
• Identify requirements, criteria, risks, and opportunities to shape the strategic response.
• Translate procurement needs into workstreams with ownership, deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with all submission requirements and ensure a coherent, differentiated proposal.
