Pzena Investment Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Client Services professional to support new business and client servicing. You will manage RFPs and DDQs, respond to client/prospect requests, and collaborate across teams to present our investment philosophy and data-driven results.

The role reports to the RFP Manager and offers exposure to senior stakeholders, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to lead tool improvements, maintain the RFP library, and develop best-in-class

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services industry.
• Must have asset management marketing and/or RFP experience.
• Exceptional writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of investments and financial products.
• Experience with responsive or similar proposal management software (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Proactively address RFPs, DDQs, recurring client reporting, and ad hoc client/prospect requests.
• Review, edit, and approve RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, and ad hoc requests.
• Lead on-going projects such as implementation and maintenance of new tools, AI skills, and RFP library governance.
• Draft responses to new/unique questions for prospects or clients.
• Provide day-to-day support to junior staff.
• Articulate investment philosophy, process, and outlook; access performance data.
• Understand and analyze performance attribution and assist with reporting.
• Complete ad hoc projects to support sales and management.
• Strategically develop best-in-class communications materials.
• Partner with investment team, operations, legal, and other subject matter experts to coordinate RFP responses.
• Assist with improvement of standard language in RFP and consultant databases.
• Build understanding of firm’s products and strategy and use financial acumen in RFP materials.
