Pzena Investment Management, LLC is seeking a talented professional in New York to support new business and client servicing through detailed RFP and DDQ responses. You will partner with sales, investment, and legal teams to produce precise materials and client-ready commentary.

The role emphasizes clear writing, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration to help grow our asset management business and service institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services (asset management marketing and/or RFP experience preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Proactively address RFPs, DDQs and client/prospect requests and complete all documentation.
• Articulate investment philosophy, process and outlook; access performance data.
• Analyze performance attribution and assist with reporting and commentary.
• Complete ad hoc projects to support sales and management teams.
• Develop best-in-class communications materials.
• Coordinate with investment, operations, legal and other experts for RFP/DDQ responses.
• Improve and maintain standard language in RFP/consultant databases.
• Build understanding of firm's products and strategy for RFP materials.
