Job summary

Pzena Investment Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Client Services professional to support RFPs and DDQs and respond to client and prospect requests. You will collaborate with the investment and operations teams to produce clear, data-driven materials and timely responses.

Reporting to the Manager of Business Development & Client Services Operations, the role emphasizes writing, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to help grow client relationships and win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services (asset management marketing and/or RFP experience preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail.
• Diligence & Attention to Detail: demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality control of all work product.
• Planning & Organizing: proactively prioritize and plan tasks; use time efficiently; maintain strong organizational habits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively address RFPs, DDQs and client/prospect requests and complete documentation.
• Articulate in writing our investment philosophy, process, and outlook; and access relevant performance and other attribution data.
• Understand and analyze performance attribution and assist with reporting and commentary as needed.
• Complete ad hoc projects to support sales and management team as requested.
• Strategically develop best-in-class communications materials.
• Partner with investment team, operations, legal, and other subject matter experts throughout the firm to coordinate accurate RFP/DDQ responses.
• Assist with improvement to and maintenance of standard language in RFP and consultant databases.
• Build an in-depth understanding of the firm’s products and strategy and use financial acumen as it relates to RFP materials.
