Job summary

Principal Asset Management is seeking a Senior Associate, RFP to lead development of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, and to manage consultant database content that supports growth. This role acts as content lead for an asset class, ensuring consistent, compliant messaging across proposal execution and investment product support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in investment management, finance, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years in financial services, especially RFP/content management/product roles in asset management.
• Ability to translate complex investment concepts into client-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and delivery of complex RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs.
• Serve as content lead for an assigned asset class with compliant messaging.
• Maintain and improve content resources through reviews and updates.
• Perform first-level peer reviews to improve quality and consistency.
• Act as SME for investment capabilities and market trends.
• Collaborate with investment, product, distribution, and other teams.
• Use content management and AI-enabled platforms to improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects with clear priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
