Principal Asset Management is seeking a Senior Associate, RFP to lead the development and improvement of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant database content that supports growth and client retention. This role partners across proposal execution, content management, and investment product support.

As a senior individual contributor, you will collaborate with investment, product, distribution, compliance, legal, operations, and data teams to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field with strong financial services context.
• Proven ability to lead complex proposals and content initiatives.
• Experience translating investment concepts into client-facing content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and delivery of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and consultant submissions.
• Serve as content lead for an assigned asset class, ensuring accurate messaging.
• Maintain and improve content resources with updates and new content development.
• Conduct first-level peer reviews and provide feedback to improve response quality.
• Act as subject matter expert for assigned investment capabilities, sharing insights on products and trends.
• Partner with investment professionals to develop clear client-facing content.
• Use content management, proposal, and AI-enabled platforms to improve efficiency.
• Lead multiple projects while presenting priorities, timelines, and risks.
• Contribute to team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
