Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior RFP Specialist to lead the development of complex RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires. You will coordinate with Sales, Investments, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Client Service to deliver compelling, accurate responses that reflect Franklin Templeton’s capabilities.

The role is hybrid, based in Boston, MA or Baltimore, MD, with potential for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Lead complex proposal projects with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, CMS tools, and familiarity with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client questionnaires.
• Partner with Sales, Investments, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Client Service and others to craft client-focused responses.
• Champion proposal quality and ensure consistency with branding and messaging.
• Mentor colleagues, support onboarding, share best practices, and foster collaboration.
• Drive workflows, knowledge management, and process improvements for efficiency.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects, communicating timelines and risks.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and technology enhancements to improve client experience.
