Job summary

Income Research + Management (IR+M) seeks an AVP, RFP Analyst to lead responses to RFPs, due diligence questionnaires, and related requests. The role supports the Marketing Information Team and collaborates with Investment and Client Service teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment in Boston.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the investment industry with at least 3 years of RFP writing, strong business writing, and excellence in data management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in investment industry with at least 3 years of RFP writing.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; PowerPoint/SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Vet, coordinate, produce, and submit RFPs and related questionnaires with proper content and formatting.
• Populate data and perform data integrity checks on investment databases.
• Provide peer reviews for questionnaire work by team members.
