Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years RF/microwave circuit design experience.
• Experience with GaAs/GaN MMIC design of PA, LNA, mixers, filters, PLLs.

Responsibilities

• Derive hardware specifications for RF system and MMIC blocks.
• Develop MMIC products from spec to mass production with system compatibility.
• Simulate MMIC front-end circuits and coordinate with RF engineers and ASIC teams.
• Package MMICs and collaborate with PCB designers for modules.
• Characterize MMIC prototypes and assist in automated test equipment development.
• Support production testing with manufacturing engineers.
