Job summary

MartinFederal Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled RF & Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and sustain enterprise wireless infrastructure for government environments. You will focus on high‑level consulting, strategic technical advising, and stakeholder support across wireless technologies.

Required: Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility, experience designing and validating wireless systems including cellular, 5G, Wi‑Fi, DAS, WIDS/WIPS, satellite comms; ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience designing and validating wireless systems including cellular, 5G, Wi‑Fi, UHF/HF/VHF, DAS, WIDS/WIPS, and satellite comms.
• Ability to work independently and in a team to plan RF projects and communicate with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving and clear written/verbal communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Advise on wireless enclave design, architecture, and integration strategies.
• Lead wireless surveys, heatmap generation, and design improvements.
• Provide high‑level troubleshooting guidance for critical infrastructure environments.
• Support executive briefings, demonstrations, and stakeholder communications.
