Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing RF mechanical products (antennas, radomes, harnesses, etc.).
• Experience with 3D CAD and GD&T; creation of Technical Data Packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design activities involving RF hardware across the product life cycle.
• Lead others by understanding team dynamics and leveraging strengths.
• Conduct trade studies to determine best RF solutions and plan forward. Communicate status across teams and leadership.
• Fill roles to ensure business unit success and act as a technical resource.
