Raytheon, an RTX Business, is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer – RF Engineer in Aurora, CO. Join a multidisciplinary RF team working through concept to fielding, including analysis, design reviews, testing, and customer support.

You will contribute across RF links, antenna design, and system operation, with occasional travel up to 25%. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required, and the role is onsite in Aurora.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with RF links, antennas, or electronic hardware.
• Proficient with MATLAB, HFSS, Python; data analysis and automation.

Responsabilités

• Plan and perform analysis, integration, verification, and troubleshooting tests.
• Support CONUS/OCONUS program activities and fielding.
• Analyze failure data, perform root-cause and corrective actions.
• Prepare performance evaluations and technical reports.
• Support hardware testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain engineering specifications, drawings, and databases.
• Collaborate in team meetings with program and customer stakeholders.
