Lockheed Martin in Orlando, FL, is seeking an RF Engineer to lead RF test activities, analyze data, and collaborate across internal teams and external suppliers. This role requires a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering and an active Secret clearance, with a track record in RF systems development and documentation.

The position emphasizes hands-on hardware build, test fixture assembly, and rigorous verification against requirements, with opportunities to contribute to lifecycle cost and program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field plus 3+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance with a current 5-year investigation
• Experience in RF systems development, integration, and production
• Ability to create RF subsystem test documents such as plans, procedures, and/or reports
• Experience in creation of RF data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools using MATLAB or another programming language
• Experience defining or reviewing software requirements and software validation techniques
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute RF test activities, including the generation of test plans and reports
• Perform RF requirements analyses and trade studies
• Complete Technical Data Package with Specifications, ICDs, Test Requirements, and Software Requirements
• Manage subcontractors from task completion to delivery within timeline and budget
• Oversee build and assembly of hardware and test fixtures
• Analyze test data with post-processing, visualization, and comparison to modeled data
