Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA, is seeking a Senior RF and Wireless Systems Engineer to own RF architecture and line‑up design for Leo RFICs and phased‑array systems used in the satellite network.

You will work with RFIC, DSP and firmware teams, model RF impairments with MATLAB and ADS, and drive post‑silicon validation and yield improvements while balancing power, cost and throughput for high‑throughput terminals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant wireless DSP/RF systems engineering experience.
• Deep knowledge of RF architectures and low-power RFIC/ASIC design.
• Experience with RF impairment estimation and compensation techniques.
• Proficient in MATLAB, Python and/or C/C++ for fixed-point DSP development.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end RF architecture and line‑up design for Leo RFICs and phased array systems.
• Define RF specifications and performance targets for custom ASICs.
• Simulate and characterize RF impairments impacting the system.
• Review RFIC designs for compliance with targets.
• Research calibration and correction algorithms for RF impairments.
• Contribute to post‑silicon lab validation plans.
• Drive yield improvements with manufacturing engineering.
• Balance power, cost, and throughput to meet requirements.
• Support production data reviews for yield improvements.
• Serve as RF systems contact across silicon, firmware, software, and test teams.
