Job summary

The Boeing Company in El Segundo, CA seeks an Electronics Products Radio Frequency RF Product Design Engineering Senior Manager (Level L). The role leads RF packaging design efforts for airborne/space systems and requires an active TS clearance, a relevant engineering degree, and 5+ years in design leadership.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years in Electrical/Electronic/EM components, PCB or wiring design quality.
• 5+ years of engineering team leadership.
• 5+ years in Electronic Packaging design for airborne/space/digital/RF/power systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages RF product design engineering teams and activities.
• Develops and executes department plans, policies and procedures.
• Secures resources, manages suppliers, leads process improvements.
• Maintains relationships with customers, stakeholders and reports.
• Develops direct report leaders.
